Community Pizza Night Request Form

Here’s How it Works:

  • Receive 20% cashback from all vouchers redeemed.
  • Vouchers will be sent via email, once your request has been approved.
  • All requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the requested event date. Please allow 7-10 business days for your request to be reviewed.
  • Community Pizza Nights are held Monday – Thursday, from 4 pm – 9 pm. No weekend exceptions made.
  • Organizations may schedule one event per month, with a maximum of three per year (pending minimum requirement is met).
  • We do not schedule any events in our Sussex County locations (except Seaford) between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
  • Fundraisers are for non-profit organizations only.

  1. Vouchers cannot be handed out on the night of the event. Please note that disregard of this policy will result in a future ban on your organization from participating in this program.
  2. Organizations must generate $250 in sales in order to schedule any further events.
  3. A paper voucher must be presented in order to receive credit. Showing on a phone or a tablet cannot be accepted.
  4. Organization members and guests will be seated throughout the restaurant. Because these events take place over a 5 hour period, we are unable to hold designated areas.
  5. We do not allow the sale of any items such as raffle tickets, baked goods, swag items, etc.
